  22. This is a Packet controller program for Amateur Radio.  As such it
  23. requires connection to a TNC or similar via a serial port.

  25. This program may be freely copied and distributed, as long as the
  26. following conditions are met: (1) No fee is charged other than a normal
  27. time usage fee required by some Bulletin Board Services, or a small
  28. disk duplication fee not to exceed $8, (2) The program is distributed
